I've been TAGGED... 10 Weird Facts About Me...

You have to love Google Alerts... if you don't know what a Google Alerts is, you must check them out. My friend Courtney at Nesting Instincts posted a comment today on my blog post about gift cards. She mentioned in her comments that I have been tagged. In the same moment, I noticed a Google Alert in my inbox and there was the same post... life is good. There is nothing better than the net telling ya when people are talking about ya!

Well, as it stands I have been tagged to post 10 weird facts about me, then in turn I need to tag three more people (if you are reading this blog, you may be next on the tagging block). So here goes, and please note that these are not in a special order.

1. One of my favorite sandwiches as a child was bologna and ketchup (please don't ask me why, I don't remember... it just was good).

2. I can't go to bed when there are dishes in the sink, not even a spoon. It just feels better when the sink is clean.

3. My oldest sister used to call me Egghead (and sadly still does sometimes. It's not like I have an egg shaped head either, at least no one has told me that).

4. I like mayo on my french fries.

5. I say coupon not q-pon, there is no %^&*(#!  "Q" in COUPON (this will actually  get me really fired up at times, and stir up quite a debate between family members... you know who you are, don't deny it).

6. I like to go to sleep watching the news.

By the way... this is hard. Sure, there are lots of weird things about me, but not that many that I want to share with the whole world...

7. Oh... this is good. I failed my first driving test (I didn't know driving over the curb backwards was bad...).

8. My first job was at a donut shop (I have also worked at a pizza place, was a bartender, a warehouse shelf stocker, flower delivery driver, and a telemarketer just to name a few).

9. I moved to Oregon to be with a guy (now my husband) that I only knew for two months (that was back in 1998).

10. Finally, I am here the last one... I am petrified of heights. Let's just say that me, on the roller coaster at the Stratosphere in Vegas was NOT a pretty sight.

Thanks Courtney, that was fun... so now I get to "pass the virtual buck"... So... I think I will tag my fellow blogging friends Brandie, Lauraand Marcia. To add just a little fun to the mix, I am going to throw in one more... John... care to join in?

Haha! You don't hear of many people eating mayo with their fries. So we have that in common, but I like to mix mayo and ketchup together for my fries...as if they weren't fattening enough already!

I'm SOOOO glad you don't say Q-pon - it is something we South Africans battle to understand about you Americans. How's that for generalisation? LOL

Maybe you can help me understand something else?

Why do people write wwEvaluate when they want to write evaluate? I canNOT figure this out and it's driving me crazy!!

I'll do this one tomorrow - I know 10 is a bit much.

Mayo on french fries? Okay I've never tried this but now I sooo want too except for me it would have to be Miracle Whip. Yum, yum!

I'm going to put this one on my list to do, I don't think it'll be too hard because I'm all about weird...LOL.

How fun was that! Another good sauce for those french fries is honey mustard with ranch dressing, dip first in one and then in the other.
Or if you are ever in Utah be sure to order fry sauce. It is so yummy. It is more than mayo and catchup mixed together--it is good!
