So this is my first attempt and starting a weekly post on a specific day... Since starting my blog over a year ago, I have been a continuous follower of the Org Junkie. If you are a regular reader, you may know that she does Menu Planning Monday, something I have never been able to commit to, but always wanted to. About six months ago, I started to loosely plan out my menus but still couldn't quite commit to MPM. Now, after months of planning and working towards my commitment effort, here we go... this week is a little weird, we are leaving for a camping trip with friends...

CAMPING TRIP: Beef Stew

CAMPING TRIP: Most likely take out... three days camping and I don't think I will want to cook!
