It's hard to believe it's September 1st and the kids are headed back to school. A bitter sweet day for me, but no less very exciting! There is something to be said when you see your kids taking on a new adventure all by themselves for the first time... I see the joy in their eyes and the thrill of the adventure!

*sigh*

Life goes fast, enjoy it while you can!  This week is all about simplicity (aka using my crockpot)! With the new schedule changes, I want to be available and free from the stress of dinner!
