MPM: Menu Planning Monday - 12/15/08 and 12/22/08
I took some time earlier this week to start my meal planning a little sooner than my usual Sunday evening sit down and I am glad I did. If you take a look at my meal plan for the next two weeks you will see that the next two weeks are the busy weeks I have in the entire year. We have four birthdays and the of course Christmas, and let me say that three of the birthdays are in my immediate family. Oi!
Our Christmas Day is by far one of my biggest meal days. For the last few years, we have done a big breakfast and then a Prime Rib dinner. It makes for a yummy and memorable day. I hope you all have a very happy holiday... and get your meal planning done today!

Happy Birthday, dear Megan.
We're going out to supper tonight (tomorrow's a public holiday so it's like a mini-Friday) and you should be too!

Thank you so much Marcia! I am actually making one of my favorite things when it's cold... soup and fresh bread... yummy! No one in my family likes it, but it's my birthday so I can do that today! Have a super day!

Hey Megan, Had to stop by and wish a Sagitarian Happy Birthday. My daughter's birthday is today and since I was born in April (Aries) I'm a big Sag. fan. Hope you had a great day yesterday. BTW, I was also eating homemade soup and bread yesterday (compliments of my 80 year old Dad) for lunch. Warm, yummy and oh so friendly.
Cheers!
