FRIDAY FINDS: Leather Storage Ottoman
Welcome to your Friday Finds... here I will share a new
product or service that I think is helpful, practical and a good use of
organization!!! Today's focus is storage!
It's kind of funny that I went out and spent money today, right after I said I wanted to hold off spending for a whole month...
Since we moved, I have been looking for an ottoman type table/bench for our family room. We no longer have a coffee table and I am need of blanket/toy storage. I am not a big fan of the "cube" ottoman tables, their storage space is too small for all ourcrap stuff.
This past week, I was working with a client, and I was admiring her leather storage ottomans. She had two in her family room and they looked really nice in her space; not to mention I liked the contrast of leather accessory with a fabric sofa. I asked her where she got them, and would you believe Target, she even emailed me the link to the item.
Today, my youngest had a doctor's appointment in Portland, so we cruised by Target and guess what I bought?????
Yup... I did, and it looks fantastic in my family room. I like it so much I might even go back and buy another one... the storage cubbie is H-U-G-E compared to the smaller cube sized ottomans I have seen. I actually fit five blankets and two pillows inside.

I love this type of item because it's multi-functional. It's can be used for seating, storage, table top, foot rest... when looking for pieces of furniture such as table top or storage... things like ottomans are great, just make sure you pick one that fits all your needs!

I think this was a great purchase! It wasn't like it was an impulse buy and you did need it. this almost counts as not buying because you got a great deal and you had the need.
I think it is a good thing for all of us who can to spend money. How else is the economy going to bounce back? There is nothing wrong with buying things we need. And this is so nice!
